Founded in 2019, Her Helping Habit is a family-building agency specializing in known egg donation, embryo donation and surrogacy. Built from lived experience, HHH was created with the belief that third-party reproduction can be more transparent, personal and relationship-focused.

We support Intended Parents, egg donors, embryo donors and surrogates throughout their journeys, with informed consent, meaningful connection and the long-term wellbeing of everyone involved at the centre of our approach.

Based in Canada and supporting families internationally, our programs are built around openness, education and genuine human connection.
