Katie is the Founder of Her Helping Habit, a fertility agency specializing in ethical egg donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy programs. She oversees all programs with a primary focus on Canada and Mexico, while supporting clients globally. Her work is grounded in a commitment to known egg and embryo donation and relationship-centered family building, which led to the creation of Her Helping Habit. Katie provides education, consultation, and program oversight to donors, intended parents, and surrogates, ensuring each journey is informed, values-aligned, and carefully coordinated. With a counselling background and lived experience in third-party reproduction, she brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to fertility care and advocacy.

Sarah -egg donation program Manager

Sarah is an Egg Donation Program Coordinator specializing in known egg donation across both Canada and Mexico, including the coordination of international cycles through our Mexico known donor program. With a background in international studies and experience in healthcare, she supports donors and intended parents with a practical, compassionate approach. As a former egg donor herself, Sarah is a strong advocate for known donation and ethical, transparent family building, having seen firsthand the lasting impact these relationships can have on families.

heidi - surrogacy COORDINATOR

Meet Heidi, a seasoned veteran in the world of Surrogacy. After carrying eight babies, she still finds magic in reproductive journeys and joined HHH to stay connected to that deep purpose. Based in Alberta, she brings a kind, open spirit to her role, constantly exploring new ways to connect with people at all stages of life. Heidi provides compassionate and knowledgeable support to Surrogates and Intended Parents through their journey.

Emily - Embryo Donation Program Manager

Emily is the Embryo Donation Program Manager at Her Helping Habit and also supports the Egg Donation Program as a coordinator when needed. Based in Saskatoon, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, including her own journey as an egg donor and supporting siblings through fertility treatment.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Emily combines strong organizational skills with a compassionate, relationship-focused approach. She is passionate about ethical, transparent family building and enjoys yoga and prioritizing wellness outside of work.

Shivani - Finance Coordinator

Shivani plays a key dual role at Her Helping Habit. As our Finance Coordinator, she ensures donor and surrogate expenses are handled with care and provides vital support across the team wherever needed. Her adaptability, dedication, and warmth make her an essential part of our mission to support families through egg donation, surrogacy, and embryo donation.

Samantha -Egg Donor Intake Coordinator

Meet Samantha, a Her Helping Habit Egg Donor Intake Coordinator. Sam is passionate about family and helping others start their own. As a former egg donor, she brings firsthand experience to support and guide your journey. In addition, Sam manages her own photography business, capturing portraits, landscapes, and weddings. Her love for travel and helping others drives her work. Fun fact: She lives in beautiful Belize! Sam is excited to help you begin your adventure as an egg donor!

Abigail - Intake COORDINATOR, Egg DONOR Program

Meet Abigail! She is an Intake Coordinator based in Nova Scotia. With a background working in sexual health and other social service agencies, she has always had a passion for helping others. Abigail’s journey with Her Helping Habit began as an egg donor, completing three cycles before joining the team. Being part of Her Helping Habit allows her to support families from the very beginning of their journey. She can't wait to help you either as a donor or intended parent!

Jessica - Surrogacy & Donor Program coordinator

Jessica is a Surrogacy and Donor Program Coordinator with Her Helping Habit, supporting Canadian egg donation and surrogacy programs. Based in Alberta, she works with intended parents worldwide whose cycles take place in Canada, guiding them through intake and the donor or surrogate search process. With a background in social work and business, Jessica offers compassionate support and also meets with prospective surrogates considering Surrogacy in Canada.

Kayleen - Social media manager & executive assistant

Meet Kayleen! She is the mind behind our social platforms and serves as an Executive Assistant. She became an egg donor for the first time during the pandemic, an experience that inspired her to become a certified Fertility Doula and Postpartum Doula. Each donation she has completed has shown her the beauty of human connection and the incredible power of helping others build their families.

Meet Hermela, she started at Her Helping Habit with a finance background but was quickly inspired by the agency’s ethics and commitment to helping families. Now focused on business development, she works to grow the agency’s reach and build meaningful connections that lead to even more happy families.

Meet Rae! She is a BC-based Graphic Designer and self-taught creative with a talent for transforming ideas into visual clarity. Rae brings HHH’s visions to life. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
