Every fertility journey is unique. No two patients have the same goals, medical history, or path to parenthood—which is why fertility care should never be one-size-fits-all.
At Fertilidad Integral, advanced reproductive technology is combined with highly individualized treatment plans, ensuring every patient receives care tailored to their specific needs. Whether you're pursuing fertility preservation, IVF with donor gametes, or growing your family from across the world, the team at Fertilidad Integral is committed to providing expert, compassionate care every step of the way.
personalized care that puts patients first
Successful fertility treatment begins with understanding the individual behind the diagnosis. At Fertilidad Integral, every treatment plan is personalized based on each patient's medical history, fertility goals, and unique circumstances.
The FI team has extensive experience caring for international patients, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, offering inclusive, knowledgeable guidance throughout the family-building journey. They also strive to make treatment as accessible as possible by helping patients navigate their options with clarity and support.
fertility goes beyond medication
Fertility treatment involves more than just prescriptions and procedures. Emotional and physical well-being can have a meaningful impact on the overall experience, which is why the specialists at Fertilidad Integral take a holistic approach to patient care.
In addition to their fertility treatment, patients have access to a wide range of wellness services, aimed to support the entire person throughout their journey. Some of these services include nutritional guidance, acupuncture, massage, as well as the support of your team at Fertilidad is there to support you through each step of the journey.
The goal is to care for every aspect of our patients' health—not just their reproductive system—because fertility care is about supporting people, not just treating conditions.
technology that supports better outcomes
Fertilidad Integral utilizes several advanced laboratory techniques to help maximize the chances of success when clinically appropriate.
Embryoscope+
One of the advanced technologies available at Fertilidad Integral is the EmbryoScope+, an incubator designed to optimize embryo development during IVF by utilizing Artificial Intelligence.
Unlike traditional incubators, the EmbryoScope+ uses continuous time-lapse imaging to monitor embryo development while the embryos remain in a stable, undisturbed environment. This allows embryologists to observe important developmental milestones without removing the embryos from the incubator.
In clinics without EmbryoScope+, embryos typically need to be removed from the incubator for evaluation, which can temporarily disrupt their carefully controlled environment. By utilizing the EmbryoScope+, your team at Fertilidad is able to identify the embryos with the highest potential for implantation, without jeopardizing their quality through unstable environmental factors.
preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (pgt-a)
PGT-A allows embryos to be screened for chromosomal abnormalities, helping identify euploid embryos that may have a higher likelihood of successful implantation and healthy pregnancy.
intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
ICSI involves injecting a single sperm directly into an egg during fertilization. This technique is commonly recommended for male factor infertility and may also be advised for patients undergoing PGT-A testing or those with a history of unsuccessful IVF cycles.
microfluidic sperm selection
Fertilidad Integral also offers microfluidic sperm selection technology, which helps isolate the healthiest, most motile sperm from a sample. Selecting higher-quality sperm can support successful fertilization and embryo development.
fertility options for international patients
Fertilidad Integral helps patients from around the world pursue their dreams of parenthood, providing flexible treatment options that accommodate a variety of family-building goals.
Following an egg retrieval, patients have a variety of options on what to do next. Some of those options include freezing the eggs for future use. Others may opt to fertilize the eggs and then freeze embryos to be used when they’re ready to conceive, while others will choose to fertilize in order to have PGT-A testing done on their embryos.
Some patients find their fertility journey may take them to more than one country. Fertilidad also assists with shipping out eggs or embryos following an IVF cycle, as well as accepts donor eggs, sperm, and embryos, in order to support you through the remainder of your fertility journey.
Because fertility treatment often spans multiple stages, Dr. Eugenia recommends that international patients remain with the same clinic throughout their journey whenever possible. Continuity of care allows for more personalized treatment, smoother communication, and better coordination. Patience and flexibility will help make your journey as a whole a more positive experience, in turn lower stress and cortisol, further helping the body to prepare for carrying a pregnancy!
supporting your fertility journey
While many factors affecting fertility are beyond anyone's control, healthy lifestyle habits can help support overall reproductive health during treatment. Dr. Eugenia reminds patients that getting a good night’s rest, eating balanced and/or organic diets, and avoiding processed foods can also help in increasing the chances of success during an IVF treatment cycle.
a partnership built around you
At Fertilidad Integral, advanced technology is only one part of exceptional fertility care. Just as important is the commitment to treating every patient as an individual—with personalized treatment plans, compassionate support, and access to innovative reproductive technologies.
Whether you're preserving fertility, pursuing IVF, or traveling internationally for care, our team is dedicated to helping you move forward with confidence, knowledge, and personalized support at every stage of your journey.
